Parents of returning students MUST register and update all information.
New families to the district MUST register by following the steps for new families.
No internet? No problem! Schedule a time to come into the office and register by calling the office at (515) 389-3111.
Step 1 - Registration Process
Use a laptop or desktop computer to complete the OLR . Click here to complete OLR.
Contact the office at (515) 389-3111 for any questions.
The office will contact you after your registration is processed.
Required docs before your child can start school: copy of child's birth certificate, proof of residency, parent documentation, and updated immunization records (if received outside the state of Iowa).
Parents will acquire an Infinite Campus parent portal account. Login information will be sent to you. Infinite Campus is our student information system to view attendance, grades, schedules, and pay fees/lunch money, etc.
Once you receive your Infinite Campus parent portal account you may finish registering by completing steps 2 through 6 below under the Returning Students. Steps 2 through 6 are the same for new and returning students.
Step 1: Please register existing students. A video tutorial is available to assist you if you need it.

Complete OLR. Verify household, parent, and emergency contact information.
Confirm existing student enrollments for 2025-2026.
Add additional students (younger siblings) to be enrolled for 2025-2026.
Step 2: Pay fees and add funds to lunch accounts if needed.
Once your registration application has been approved & posted, the appropriate fees will be assigned to your parent portal.
Log in to your Parent Portal.
Select the fees tab.
IF you do not qualify for free or reduced lunch, click the blue tab and add each child’s registration fee to your cart.
Then click the “Optional Payments” Button– select any optional payments for each student you would like to add to your cart. (Example booster club dues or activity passes.)
Before you check out you will want to click on the ”food service” tab then click the blue “PAY” button to add lunch money to any account.
Step 3: Review the health requirements and complete the appropriate health forms for your child(ren).
Complete the Dental Screening Certificate for your kindergarten and 9th grade child.
Complete the Vision Screening Certificate for your kindergarten and 3rd grade child.
Review and complete the Iowa Immunization document for your kindergarten, 7th & 12th grade child.
Step 4: Provide the necessary school supplies for your child(ren).
Step 5: Sign up for school closing notifications.

Step 6: Sign up for free and reduced breakfast and lunch programs if you qualify.
Free and reduced price lunch and breakfast programs are available for eligible families. Eligible families are also allowed to file a school fee waiver/reduction. Please fill the waiver form out as well as the free-reduced lunch/breakfast application and return the application forms to the school office. We encourage you to apply, even if you are not sure about qualifying.
